Susan Bosher
I’m Susan and I support Empower to Cook as a non-executive director. With a passion for food justice I’m dedicated to making a difference in my community through food bank initiatives and promoting physical and mental wellbeing. In my time off I can be found wading through the Misbourne, in Tudor costume or singing… but not all at the same time.
Dan Smallbone
“Hi! I’m Dan and I support Empower To Cook as a non-executive director. I worked as a chef for a number of years locally, and I’m now the managing director of a foodservice equipment business, MCFT. I’m a football & dog enthusiast, and I’m passionate about ensuring people value food and the health & wellbeing importance associated with it."

Inspiring, motivating and empowering people through cooking

Cooking has the power to inspire, motivate, and empower individuals. By learning how to cook, we gain independence, self-esteem, and the freedom to make our own choices.
Our food choices have a significant impact on our health, the environment, and the people around us. By returning to cooking, we can transform our lives one bite at a time.
