Xenia has several roles at Empower to Cook, she provides executive support to our Founder, as well as developing and teaching classes for the public and corporate team building events.
After a successful career in corporates and charities, Xenia trained at the prestigious Leiths School of Food & Wine obtaining the Diploma with Merit. Xenia is a freelance chef and teaches at Leiths. She has a passion for food education, and believes everyone can cook.
